I did a little customizing of a couple blogs we host on our own server. I started with a pretty popular theme that is called the MistyLook created by Sadish Balasubramanian, He is originally from India, and is working in a software company, right now in USA. He has been creating so many websites using WordPress.
I customized the CSS in the style sheet to make a wider content and change the colors of things. I went to the Kuler site and picked the color set called Bogart. Take a look at the new Schmidtphoto.com Blog! The ability to edit can be bought with a WP hosted site but I haven’t tried it yet.
I also changed the color of the Sidebar background by changing the colors as you see in the screen grab and also by changing the color of the gif in photoshop.
